Step into Syeni Salon & Day Spa, where old world Mediterranean style and the antiquity of the Tobacco & Mule Exchange located in Historic Downtown Apex come together. The exposed beams, ceilings, and wooden floors take you to times past. The furnishings and features blend historic and modern into a very inviting atmosphere. Syeni's relaxation room is decorated with beaded and embroidered fabrics from Turkey that make it a welcoming retreat.

*Our pedicure room is lavishly designed with custom tile work and glass whirlpool bowls, quite a beautiful setting for revitalizing tired feet.

TO ENSURE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension on treatments and will be responsible for full service fees. Our scheduling times reflect actual treatment times. Earlier or later appointments can be accommodated but must be booked in advance. No smoking is permitted in our spa environment. We cannot be responsible for valuables and suggest that you refrain from bringing them to the spa. Out of consideration for our other guests, please mute pagers and cell phones in the spa. All prices subject to change. Please note that quoted prices do not include gratuities.

CANCELLATION AND SCHEDULING

If circumstances arise and you must cancel your appointment we request that you notify us a minimum of 24 hours by phone prior to your scheduled appointment. Spa packages, as well as services booked for groups and parties require a credit card deposit and 18% gratuity for groups of five or more people. If we have not received cancellation notice 24 hours prior to scheduled service, there will be a service charge of 50% assessed.
