Cancellation Policy

To Ensure an incredible Experience

 Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension on treatments and will be responsible for full service fees. Our scheduling times reflect actual treatment times. We cannot be responsible for valuables and suggest that you refrain from bringing them to the spa. Out of consideration for our other guests, please mute cell phones in the spa. All prices subject to change. Please note that quoted prices do not include gratuities.

Cancellation and Booking

Cancelling an appointment with 24 hours notice will not result in any charges.We reserve the right to charge 50% of the total scheduled services for a same day cancellation of an appointment unless we are able to fill the appointment time. We reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the scheduled services that are a “no call, no show” appointment. Discounts may be available for groups of 5 or more people. 18% gratuity will be added in addition to all groups with 5 or more people.

Gift Cards

 Gift Card must be presented at time of service. Syeni is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged card or unauthorized use.  The gift Card is not redeemable for cash. A maintenance fee of an equal of 10% of its original purchase will be deducted from the gift cards original value every month beginning one year from purchase date or will expire in three years which ever comes first.


Please remember that your appointment time is reserved especially for you. This policy has been put in place because both your time and our time are valuable. By giving us 24 hours’ notice, we can reschedule your appointment and possibly free up your original time for another client.

Thank you for your understanding! We will require a credit card number on file to reserve your appointment. This credit card number will be securely stored in our system and will not be charged except per our cancellation policy.
